What We Handle on Your Behalf
Permit Application Submittal
We prepare and submit your complete permit application package to the building department — including all required forms, plan sets, and supporting documents. We fill out every field, attach every exhibit, and submit on your behalf so nothing is missing on day one.
Plan Check Correction Responses
Building departments almost always issue correction lists after their initial review. We respond to every correction promptly — revising plans, providing clarifications, and resubmitting as many times as needed until the plans are approved. No delays from slow turnaround on your end.
Ongoing Communication with the Building Department

When fees are due, we send you the official payment link or instructions directly from the building department's portal. Some steps legally require the property owner — signing certain forms, confirming ownership, or responding to specific jurisdiction requests. When those moments arise, we notify you immediately, explain exactly what's needed, and provide the direct link or document. You handle only what only you can handle.
Permit Issuance & Delivery
Once the building department approves your plans and issues the permit, we notify you right away and deliver your permit documents. Your project is cleared to break ground.

Flat fee. Covers application submittal, all plan check correction rounds, and permit issuance coordination.
New Custom Home Construction
Up to $1,000
Flat fee. New construction involves more complex applications, multiple agency reviews, and longer plan check cycles.
Building permit fees, plan check fees, school fees, and any other jurisdiction-imposed charges are separate and paid directly by the property owner to the building department. These amounts vary by jurisdiction and project scope and are not included in our coordination fee.
