The studio was founded by David Ardelian — a construction professional with a master's degree in structural engineering, a degree in construction management, and real field experience across multiple countries. That background means we don't just draw plans. We understand how buildings are built, where problems hide, and how to design around them before they become expensive surprises.
Over 9 years and more than 1,000 architectural plan sets completed in California, we've developed a deep understanding of local building departments, permit processes, and what it takes to get a project approved efficiently. We've worked on everything from new custom homes to fire restoration projects — and we bring that breadth of experience to every client, every time.
