David Ardelian, Owner & Principal David holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, both earned with honors. His training in structural systems, foundations and construction planning shapes every plan set we deliver — clear, buildable, and ready for plan check. Over 1,000 plan sets later, David still personally oversees every project. Structural design on our projects is completed and stamped by licensed California engineers, coordinated in-house by our team, so clients get one point of contact from start to finish.
